WIBL GUEST SPEAKER
We love to make new friends and share our work with others! Because we get numerous requests, we had to evaluate the time we were away from work and the escalating travel expenses. Though we do allow for some flexibility, we have suggested donation guidelines to help us maintain both a sustainable business model and allow for the importance of hospitality and sharing of good news.
Guest Speaker
For Public Event
DONATION: $200
Donation is WAIVED if the event allows us to bring and set up products to be sold by participants. There is no obligation to purchase, but most participants are delighted to see products and purchase as they are able.
For a United Methodist Event
DONATION: $100
Donation is WAIVED if the event allows us to bring and set up products to be sold by participants. There is no obligation to purchase, but most participants are delighted to see products and purchase as they are able.
Rev. Margaret Ann Jessup as Guest Preacher
DONATION: $100 (or standard church fee or love offering)
Additional compensation is requested for travel greater than 50 miles from Springfield.
Event at Be Lovely Home (without WIBL involvement)
DONATION: $50 church, mission, or book group
DONATION: $100 for social event (i.e., wedding or baby shower)
Donation is WAIVED if the group schedules a tour of the Boutique with options to make purchases if desired. The Boutique option is contingent on the availability of a cashier.
Weekday Tours with Speakers (approximately 2 hours total)
DONATION: $150 Tours include the Be Lovely Home (first floor), Candle Studio, and the Be Lovely Boutique (option to purchase if cashier is available) at 801 S. Grand West plus the Work Studio at 501 S. Douglas Avenue.
